Letter to the Ladies Aid Society of St. John's Episcopal Church of Worthington thanking them for a quilt. Quilting was an important social activity for women during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Quilts and quilting have been traditional fundraising events for St. John's womens' groups for many years.
