Bonnie Jean Lewis, of Galena, Oh., Monday, February 9, 1998 at St. Ann's Hospital. Survived by son, Michael (Kathy) Beckerat; daughters, Pam (Carl) Derefield and Debbie (Andy) Adams; grandchildren, Tim, Matt, Pam, Heidi, Tata Shannon, Megan and Michael; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Robert (Carmie) Smith. Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday February 11, 1998 at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Chapel 515 High St., Worthington with Pastor William Bowser officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
