Carwin V. Rutherford, age 86 of Columbus, died Friday August 10, 1990 at the home of his son. Preceded in death by wife, Sarah and son, Franklin. Survived by sons, Charles (Jane), Robert (Barbara), Fred (Mary) Jerry, Herbert and Michael (Debbie) Rutherford; daughters, Millie (Bob) Vaughn, Joan McMahon, Evelyn Thomas, Joyce Wooten and Lilly Rutherford; 50 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brothers, Thomas, Joseph, Willard Rutherford. Funeral service 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 14 at the RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME, 2383 N. High St. Columbus, where friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday. Interment in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
