Obituary

Charles A. Slentz, age 72, of 58 W. Kanawha, died Friday at Alum Crest Hospital. Retired sales manager for New York Coal Sales. Survived by wife, Helen M.; daughter, Mrs. Jack (Patricia) Liberator of Canton, Ohio; sons, William S. Slentz of Columbus, Robert D. Slentz of Dayton; 8 grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Seizer of Dayton. Member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. The family prefers contributions be made to the Alum Crest Hospital or the American Heart Association.
