Survived by wife, Grace; daughter, Courtney; parents, Warren J. and Barbara Smith; brothers, Michael, Patrick, Logan and Wyatt; sisters, Alyssa and Vicky; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday August 14, 1994 at WEIR-AREND FUNERAL HOME, 4221 N. High St. (3 blocks south of Henderson Rd.), Columbus, Oh., where service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday August 15, 1994. Private Interment.
