Cinthia Anne Mannik, age 5, 517 Poe Avenue, Worthington, Thursday, Children's Hospital. Kindergarten student at Worthington Estates. Survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Mannik; brothers, Steven, Todd, Tom; sister, Silvia, all at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mannik, Seattle, Wash.; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Beatrice Thomas, Lima, Oh.; several aunts and uncles. Member of Epworth United Methodist Church. Funeral services 1 p.m. Sunday at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Rev. Don Grant officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Saturday.
