Elizabeth “Libby” M. (Billups) Ott, 90, of Westerville, OH. Passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Worthington Christian Village. Retired from The Ohio State University, and former member of Heinzerling Foundation. Preceded in death by her first husband, John E. Billups (2007) and second husband, Delbert Ott (2015). Survived by daughters, Barbara (Billups) Anderson residing in New Jersey and Joyce (Billups) (David) Caldwell residing in North Carolina; grandchildren, Christine (Chris, Sr.) Chase, Brett (Judy) Caldwell, Jennifer (Matt) Noice, Chris (Charlotte) Moder, and Alicia (Tiescha) Caldwell; great- grandchildren, Justine (Daniel), Chris, Jr. (Rob) & Brandon (Christine) Chase, Blayze, Jayden, Jenna (Dunlap), Jaylen, Jasmine, & Titan (Brett) Caldwell, Erika, Nichole & Austin (Jennifer) Lopez, and Jordon (Chris) Moder; great-grandchildren, Aiden & Noah Bross and their mother, Justine. A private family graveside will be held at Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Association or The American Heart Association.
