Preceded in death by husband Carl G. Prior. Survived by daughters Mrs. Bonita Friedman, Canton, Oh., Mrs. Barbara Mahaney, Brookside, N.J; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters Mrs. Margaret Mizer, Utica, Oh., Mrs. Eula Barstow, Newark, Oh.

Friends may call at the SOUTHWICK FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 3100 N. High St, Monday 7-9 p.m., where services will be from the memorial chapel 1 p.m. Tuesday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
