Fay Virginia Sands, 80 Clinton Heights Ave., Monday. Former advertising manger of the Columbus Star. Former employee Public Service Dept., Columbus Dispatch. Graduate of OSU. Member of North Broadway United Methodist Church, Dispatch 25 years club, Lorain Chapter O.E.S., Delta Zeta Sorority, Columbus Advertising Club. Survived by sister, Miss Martha G. Sands of Columbus; nephew, Robert Foster of Franklin, Indiana. Friends may call at the SOUTHWICK FUNERAL HOME, 3100 N. High St., Tuesday 7-9 p.m., Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be from the memorial chapel 10 a.m. Thursday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
