Flora E. Ruggles, age 59, of 2195 E. Pegg Rd., Monday, February 17, 1986, at home. Retired Burr Wheel Operator for Mill Power Inc. Survived by husband, Bernard Ruggles; brothers, Lidge Locke, Joe Smith, Vernon Smith, all of Columbus. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Thursday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, where family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
