Freda I. Grimes, age 46, resident of Columbus, Saturday December 24, 1983, Grant Hospital. Employed at Toledo Scale. Survived by husband, Ronald D. Grimes, Columbus; step-children, Ordell Holcomb, Point Pleasant, WV, Florence, Michael, Dwaine Grimes, and Elaine Nutt, all of Columbus; 4 grandchildren; sister, Dessie Shrieves; brother, Arthur Jacobs, both of Martins Ferry, Ohio; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday December 28, Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
