Survived by parents Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Mork, of Columbus; brothers, Bruce Mork, Seattle, Wash., Douglas Mork; sister, Carole Jean Mork, both of Columbus; parental grandmother, Mrs. N. T. Mork, Kenyon, Minnesota; maternal grandfather, Oscar Evenson, New Richmond, Minnesota; several aunts and uncles. Veteran of Vietnam War.
