Jane B. Mattox, age 68, 147 W. South St., Worthington, Monday, at home. Retired employee of the J.C. Penney and Co. Widow of Samuel F. Mattox. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Sarah Shuttleworth, Brooklyn, New York; brother, Milton A. Boyd, Leeper, Pa.; cousin, Mrs. Pauline Austin, Cols. Member of Worthington United Methodist Church. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. Dr. W. Edge Dixon officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
