Leah I. Gammage, age 78, formerly of 5341 N. High St., Friday at Norworth Convalescent Center. Widow of Frederick Gammage. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Arthur R. (Gloria) Johnson, Worthington; grandson, Fred Johnson, Columbia, Maryland; granddaughter, Mrs. Chester (Victoria) Summers, Atlanta, Ga.; 3 great grandchildren. Member Worthington United Methodist Church, WCTU. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Paul H. Bassett officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Rutherford's 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
