Lewis E. Stewart, age 71, of 421 Pittsfield Dr., Worthington, Tuesday, May 10, 1983 at home. Retired Locomotive engineer. Survived by wife, Louise; daughter, Gail Stewart, of the residence; brother, Carl Stewart. Member of Masonic Lodge 132 F and AM, Jackson, Oh., Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Funeral service 1 p.m. Friday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Jane Mykrantz officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home, 4-7 p.m. Thursday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Masonic service 7 p.m. Thursday.
