Lowie, E. Ballmeier, age 88, of 311 Girard Ave., Columbus, Monday Riverside Hospital. Retired Columbus and Worthington Public School employee. Survived by nephew Carl E. Green Sr., Columbus; nieces, Mrs. John Hickey O Scituate, Mass., Mrs. Charles Williams, Columbus, Mrs. John Justus of Springfield, Ohio; great nephew Carl E. Green Jr of Columbus. Funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday, The Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Rutherfords 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
