Mable Alice Stoops, age 59, Sunday, Mercy Hospital, of 26 E. Markison Avenue. Worked for the F. W. Mean Company. Member of the Southside Baptist Church. Survived by 1 son, Herbert of 783 Ann Street; 1 daughter, Mrs. Nancy Smetanko of the residence; foster son, Louis Hansgen of Columbus; 6 grandchildren; 1 sister, Louise Ferris of Florida; several nieces and nephews and friends. Friends may call at the O.R. WOODYARD COMPANY CHAPEL, 255 E. State Street, Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be held Wednesday 1:30 p.m. Rev. Dan Lambert officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
