Survived by sons, Raymond Cook, Carl Cook, both of Columbus; 1 grandson; 5 great grandchildren. Member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church; 50 year member Corinthian Chapter OES, Rebecca, member of the Flint Club. Graveside service 10 a.m. Wednesday Walnut Grove Cemetery. Rev. Jack Laske officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends received at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington 7-9 p.m. Monday; 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. OES service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
