Raymond E. "Ray" Flick, age 86, of Worthington, died Saturday, October 30, 1999 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Survived by wife of 61 years, Hazel Flick; daughters Jennie (Thomas) Volz of Wanatah, IN., Paula (Ray) Dymond of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; grandchildren, Jeff (Eileen) Volz of Sand Point, ID, Greg Volz of Bethesda, MD, Kim (Mike) Chaney of Ellicott City, MD, Paula Volz of Salt Lake City, UT; 5 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dorothy Flick of Ypsilanti, MI. Ray was a member of Worthington United Methodist Church and the Worthington Senior Citizens. He was an active volunteer of the Farm Science Review, as well as a presiding precinct judge for many years. A public graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 1999 at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Rev. Alan L. Sippel and Dr. Harry F. Baker officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to United Methodist Children's Home, 1033 High St., Worthington 43085, in Ray's memory.
