Ruth E. Millikan, age 89, of Columbus, Saturday, St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville. Preceded in death by husband, Russell E. Millikan. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Frances Millikan of Columbus, Larry and Diane Millikan of Westerville; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Monday 6-9 p.m., where service will be held Tuesday 10:30 a.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington.
