Ruth J. Byers, age 85, of E. Beaumont Rd., Tuesday, Sept. 18, 1979. Member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church. Survived by husband, Russell D. Byers; sons, William J. Moore, Columbus, James R. Byers, Columbus; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister, Ethel Doefert, Dayton, Ohio. Friends may call SOUTHWICK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 3100 N. High St., Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be from the memorial chapel 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Rev. Fred Bracilano officiating. Contributions if desired may be made to the Heart Fund.
