Ruther H. Budd, age 73, 500 Fairbanks Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia, Saturday, Alexandria Hospital. Retired school teacher. Widow of Nelson H. Budd. Survived by brother, John C. Hurlburt, Illinois, nieces, Mrs. Charles Clemons, Pittsburgh, Mrs. Kenneth Lotter, England; nephews, Ralph, Donald William, Max and Jerry, all of New York, John C. Hurlburg Jr., New Jersey. Member of St. James United Methodist Church. Graveside service 2:30 p.m. Wednesday Walnut Grove Cemetery. Rev. Ron Payne officiating. Arrangements by RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, Ohio. Contributions may be made to the Hermitage Home, Alexandria, Virginia or St. James United Methodist Church.
