Sara F. Politz, age 49, of Columbus, Monday, April 9, 1984, at home. Preceded in death by husband, Bernard J. Politz. Survived by sons, Michael, Andrew and Anthony Politz; brother, Louis C. Fischer. Member of St. Michael's Church, where Mass for Christian burial will be offered 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 11. Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 1 hour prior to the Mass at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Diabetes Assn.
