Survived by wife, Debra; children, Matthew and Whitney; parents, Norma and William Sica; sister, Leslie Overbaugh; other relatives and friends. Member F.O.P. Funeral service 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 1996 at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, where friends may all from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday. F.O.P. service 7:30 p.m. Pastor J. Weston Jones officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Children's Hospital or All Saint Lutheran Church.
