Thelma K. Cook, age 87, Worthington, Sunday, December 17, 1989, Worthington Christian Village. Retired Nurse. Preceded in death by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Knight; husband, Maynard; brother, Charles. Survived by nieces, Claire (Ted) Loscko, Carol (Harry) Sycks; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church. Funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 1989 RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Dr. Walter Young officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the funeral on Tuesday.
