Vira B. Downs, age 78, resident of Linden area for 48 years, Saturday, Spring, Tex. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Earl Gary, of Spring, Tex.; son and daughter-in-law, John and Georgia Downs, of Columbus; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband Harry Edward Downs; and son, Harry Eugene Downs. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. Rev. Vernon Bucher officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
