Shown in this undated color photograph is a person dressed as a clown making a balloon animal for a child in a stroller and the child's mother at the Worthington Farmers Market on the Village Green. The clown faces towards the camera and the child and mother face away. The photograph, by Kay Gaskill, was most likely taken circa 1988-1993.
The Worthington Farmer's Market began in 1988, and was one of the first farmer's markets in central Ohio. Worthington resident Julian Larson was the first market master, and was also responsible for founding the Westerville Farmer's Market.
