Obituary

PAUL Florence A. "Flip" (nee Howard) Paul, age 91, of Columbus, OH, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 6, 2012. Born in Wauseon, OH to Ralph and Alice (nee Knight) Howard. Graduate of Worthington High School and The Ohio State University. She taught English and Reading in Buckland, OH, Lexington High School and Lorain County Joint Vocational School. Member of Delta Zeta Sorority, Theta Chapter, Delta Kappa Gamma Society, D.A.R. and lifetime member of Fulton County Historical Society. Florence was an avid fan of Ohio State athletics. Preceded in death by beloved husband Raymond Paul, brothers Robert and Ralph Howard. Survived by devoted children, Grace Paul, Ray (Pam) Paul; granddaughter, Brooke; sisters, Ruth Parrott, Janet Fulton and Louise Belt; sister-in-law, Carolyn Howard. Aunt Flip will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2012 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, where Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Rev. Kathryn Rivera Torea officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington.
