Harry M. Lazzell, age 73, 183 Franklin Avenue, Worthington Sunday at home. Retired from Worthington Foods. Survived by wife, Margaret M.; sons, Jerry D. Lazzell, Columbus, Lynn E. Lazzell, Columbus; 5 grandchildren; niece, Evelyn Kirgan, Columbus, Indiana. Member of Worthington Seventh Day Adventist Church. Funeral service 1 p.m. Thursday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. Elder Ron Watson officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
