Gordon E. Michael, Thursday, age 65. Resident of Hy Manor Nursing Home, 3099 N. High Street. Husband of the late Margaret E. Retired from optical services 275 E. State St. Member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Carol Simpson, of 200 Broadmeadows Blvd.; son, David, of Columbus; sister, Mrs. Richard Blair, of Arlington Heights, Ill.; 4 grandchildren. Friends may call at the Shaw-Davis North Chapel, 4341 North High Street from 7-9 p.m. Friday where services will be held Saturday 11 a.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Dr. John Laske officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Columbus Cancer Clinic, 550 Thomas Lane.
