Background
The Worthington High School varsity basketball team was the state class "B" runner up in 1946. They had the most successful season in the school's history at the time, with a regular season record of 15 wins, three losses and the County Co-Championship (with Grove City). They won the District Championship and the Regional Championship, but placed second in the State Class "B" finals at Springfield. This program documents the January 22, 1945 game against New Albany.
