Martha M. Shore, age 86, of Columbus. Tuesday, May 26, 1992, Northland Terrace. Retired Secretary, Ohio Dept. of Transportation and formerly with the Franklin County Board of Elections. Preceded in death by husband Ellison J. Shore, mother Minnie Mae Welshans, brother George Welshans, step-sister Ethel Gorey and granddaughter Paula Shore. Survived by sons and daughter-in-law, James O. and Lou Shore, Paul E. and Joanne Shore; daughter and son-in-law, Carol L. and Donald F. Stewart; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren, all of Columbus. Member of North Community Lutheran Church and formerly a charter and active member of St. Luke Lutheran Church. Former member of Corinthian Chapter No. 393 O.E.S. and Ohio chapter A.B.W.A. Funeral service 10 a.m. Friday, RUTHERFORD CHAPEL, 2383 N. High St. Rev. Richard Harmann Jr. officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
