Carl Prior, age 74, of 483 E. Royal Forest Blvd., Thursday. Retired tool and die maker for Dennison Engineering Co. Member of the Baptist Church, veteran of World War I. Survived by wife, Estella; daughters, Mrs. Bonita Friedman, Canton and Mrs. Philip (Barbara) Mahaney, Hudson, Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. Friends may call at the Southwick Funeral Chapel, 3100 N. High St. Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be from the Memorial Chapel 2 p.m. Saturday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
