Obituary

Charles D. (Babe) Kellar, 82, died Oct. 15 at his home in Columbus. Mr. Kellar was retired after 25 years as director of public service for the city of Worthington. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a former member of York Country Club and Worthington Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Deborah, Michael and Connie; grandchildren, Tracey, Charlie and Scott; and a brother.
