Henry E. Smith, age 51, of 4730 South Old State Road, Galena. Died Friday at Riverside. Project Engineer for Ohio Bell Telephone Company. Survived by wife: Mildred C. Smith. Daughter: Katherine Smith of Delaware, Susan Smith at home. Sisters: Margaret Insley and Rachel A. Longenecker, both of Worthington. Brother: Earl M. Smith of Orlando, Fla. Member Telephone Pioneers of America, Veteran of World War II. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday. The RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Rutherford's 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
