Whelan, Columbus, Oh.; children Michelle Norton, Cincinnati, Oh., Joseph Whelan, Sandusky, Oh., James Whelan, Marion, Oh., Patricia Mariambo, Long Branch, N.J., John Whelan, Columbus, Oh. Nancy Layman, Newark, Oh., Lisa McDaniel, Marion, Oh.; numerous grandchildren; brothers Martin Whelan, Yonkers, N.Y.; nieces & nephews. Funeral mass 10 am Thursday, April 27, 1989, ST. Michael Catholic Church, 5750 N. High Street, Worthington. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington.
