WAGNER Judith E. Waters Wagner, age 67, of Westerville, passed away July 29, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents Earl A. and Helen M. Waters. Judy is survived by her daughter, Merrilee Schlemmer, son-in-law, John and beloved grandson, Jack. She adamantly requested no funeral or memorial service. In lieu of flowers, Judy's family requests that donations in her memory be made to Heartlnd Hospice, 6500 Busch Blvd., Suite 210, Columbus, Oh. 43229.
