Orville H. Shoemaker, age 60, Monday, Sept. 7, 1981 Alum Creek Hospital. Insurance agent for 35 years. Owner of Shoemaker-Patton Insurance Agency. Member of Worthington United Presbyterian Church, Humboldt Lodge 476 F and AM, Scottish Rite, Aladdin Temple Shrine. Veteran of WW II. Survived by wife, Eudora Shoemaker; daughter and son-in-law, Krista and J. Michael Nesser; mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. William Murphy, all of Columbus. Friends may call SOUTHWICK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 3100 N. High St., Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be from the memorial chapel 10 a.m. Friday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Rev. Charles Talcott officiating. Masonic service 8 p.m. Thursday.
