Worthington Libraries staff member Danna Armstrong poses here during the Northwest Library construction with a panel depicting a scene based on Garth William’s illustrations from “Charlotte’s Web” by E.B. White. The panel became part of the Story Garden at the library. Groundbreaking for the library construction took place on September 13, 1994, and the new library's opening day was on April 16, 1996.
