On 23 January 2002, the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club and the Rotary Club Santiago de los Caballeros, Inc. in the Dominican Republic officially became Sister Clubs in Rotary (now known as Twin Clubs). The resolution followed multiple exchange visits and a joint service project to provide dental services at the clinic in Barrio Lindo, Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Twin Club Recognition Day celebrated the clubs' special relationship during the 2005-2006 Rotary year.
