Frank Welling (b. 1885, d. 1977) is pictured here dressed as a character from a play. The costume indicates the role is a "Station Master". In other performing arts endeavors, he was a member of the Republican Men's Glee Club and participated in the "The Whetstone Venture", an historical panorama of Worthington performed during Worthington's sesquicentennial celebration in 1953.
