Bob Horton and Susan Horton are pictured in period costume at Worthington's Bicentennial Heritage Ball. Mr. Horton served on the Bicentennial Steering Committee as the Heritage Ball committee chairperson. The event was a partnership between the Worthington Educational Foundation and the Worthington Bicentennial Committee, and continued as an annual fundraising event for the Worthington Educational Foundation.
