Background
A Leadership Tomorrow class is shown here participating in a team building activity called the initiatives course at the Adventure Education Center at Camp Lazarus. Groups work to overcome physical obstacles and mental challenges which build self-respect and group unity. Leadership Tomorrow is one of two youth programs offered by Leadership Worthington. The program was founded in 1997 and has continued annually. Participation is open to any high school student in the Worthington School District.
