Edward "Ed" Louis Iannucci, Jr. of Worthington, Ohio died Thursday, May 26, 2011. Veteran U.S. Army Berlin Wall Crisis. Preceded in death by his mother Mary Grace DeFalco, his father Edward L. Iannucci, Sr. and his daughter Allison Ruth Iannucci. Survived by his wife of 38 years, Mary Ruth (Deniston) Iannucci; and granddaughter, Matteson Ruth Iannucci Ball. Ed was born in Hamden, CT in 1941. Graduate of Yale earning a degree in Hematology/Bacteriology. Performed leukemia research at Yale/New Haven. Being a man of varied interests, his entrepreneurial career spanned franchising, antique stores and a pet farm. Visitation will be at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington on Sunday, from 2-4 p.m. Memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. Donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society-Dublin Relay for Life, AGLA team.
