George Robert Leich, age 33, 5149 Buckeye Court, Delaware, Ohio, formerly of Worthington, Ohio, Wednesday, suddenly at home. Dear son of Penny and Harvey Leich and beloved brother of Susan of Worthington and Carol of San Carlos, California. Employee of The Ohio Department of Transportation in Delaware and a Vice President of the Ohio Civil Service Association, an active member of Clowns of America and known throughout Central Ohio for the joy he brought hospitalized children and others, long time member of the Ohio Railway Museum and manager of their gift and souvenier shop, member of the Worthington Uited Methodist Church,a 1964 graduate of Worthington High School, a graduate of Columbus Manpower Training School and attended Ohio State University, received honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force. Memorial service 2 p.m. Sunday, The Worthington United Methodist Church, Dr. W. Edge Dixon officiating. Family will receive friends at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington, 2-4 p.m. Saturday. Cremation Rutherford Crematory. Contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis or to a preferred charity.
