Ramon E. Moore, Ph.D, age 85 of Worthington, Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Kobacker House. Born December 27, 1929 to the late Edgar and Rose Moore in Sacramento, CA. Retired Professor of Computer and Information Science at the Ohio State University. Graduate AB, Physics, University of California-Berkeley, 1950 and Ph.D, Mathematics, Stanford University, 1963. Previously served as Professor of Mathematics at University of Texas-Arlington and Professor of Computer Sciences, University of Wisconsin-Madison; was employed by Lockheed Palo Alto Research Laboratories, University of California Radiation Laboratory-Livermore, and Computing Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Lectured at universities in Germany and Sweden. Preceded in death by sister Rosemarie Beal and brothers John and William Moore. Survived by his devoted wife Adena S. Moore; children, Penny (Larry) Vaughn, Laura (Joe) Tuchlinski, Amy Mauldin and their children and grandchildren, all of California; Devin (Nicole) Moore, and their son Wyatt of Lewis Center, OH and Claire Moore of Ft.
