Wilcox Pastor Edwin L. Wilcox graduated to his glorious reward on February 10, 2014. He is preceded by his parents Denver "Dean" and Helen (Beck) Wilcox, and is survived by his beautiful wife of forty-seven years, Martha "Jane" Wilcox (Johnson); his sons, Mark (Linda) and Branden (Sue); and his daughters, Julie (Cory) Sparks, Charity, Bethany (Christian) Hodges and Noel; along with 12 grandchildren. Ed and Jane began a powerful evangelism ministry in 1974. In 1983, they started Faith Christian Center, a church they have pastored for thirty-one years and where ministry continues to this day. Ed has preached the Word of God across the country and throughout the world. He also recorded two albums and was known for his beautiful singing voice. In addition, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Band. Funeral Service 9 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Columbus Christian Center Church, 2300 N. Cassady Ave., Columbus 43219. Burial will follow in Flint Cemetery.
