ALLEN Cleo M. Allen, age 88, passed away after a short Illness on Friday, September 16, 2005 in Ocala, Florida. She was born in Sumner County, Tennessee and was a long-time resident of the Worthington area since the early 1940's. She was a homemaker and registered nurse and was a member of the Worthington Seventh-Day Adventist Church and a past member of the Ohio Board of Nursing. Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband of 59 years, Everett of Summerfield, Florida; daughter, Shirley and her husband, Don of Summerfield, Florida; brother, Guthrie Gray and his wife, Sarah of Wheaton, Maryland; sister, Virgie Noe and her husband, Carl of Worthington, Ohio; sister-in-law, Roberta Allen of Wheelersburg, Ohio; 3 step-grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington. Graveside Service 11 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2005 at Walnut Grove Cemetery with Pastor Loren Seibold, officiating with burial to follow.
