Carol Lynn Bailey age 30 of Dublin Formley of Worthington, Tuesday August 13, 1991 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. An attorney with law firm of Bricker & Eckler. Graduate of Worthington High School, The University of Michigan, and the Capital University Law School where she was inducted into the Order of the Curia and Capital University law review. Former bailiff to Municipal Court Judge Deborah Price and was a member of the American, The Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. She was also a program coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc., a member of Alpha Phi Sorority. Preceded in death by her maturnal grandmother Eleanor Davenport and Paternal grandfather Walter E. Bailey. Survived by her parents Richard W. Bailey of Dublin and Eleanor (Betty) Bailey of Worthington ; sister & fiance Cynthia Jeanne Bailey & James E. Roberts of Dublin; sister Pamela Joy Bailey of Dallas Texas formerly of Worthington ; half brother Richard L. Bailey of Dublin; very dear friend William W. Spencer of Columbus; maternal grandfather Herbert H. Davenport of North Delta British Columbus, Canada; paternal grandmother Mary E. Bailey of Columbus; uncles Herbert J. Davenport of Nanaimo British Columbus, Canada and Walter E. Bailey Jr. of Edison, New Jersey; aunt Barbara E. Klein of Columbus;several cousins and many friends. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Friday August 16, 1991 Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington with Rev. Peter Ray officiating. Privat interment at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
