Deane C. Barker, age 80, formerly of Columbus. Passed away Monday in the Ohio Masonic Home, Springfield. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Eugene (Skip) and Cheryl Barker, of Tampa, Fla.; 2 grandsons Robert Barker of Louisville, Ky. and William Barker of Lexington, Ky.; 2 great-grand-children; Preceded in death by wife Sarah Elizabeth in 1979. Mr Barker was retired from the curtiss-Noll Corp. in 1972 and was a member of the Glen Echo United Presbyterian Church, Niecacia Lodge F&AM No.595. The Linden Shrine Club and the Aladdin Shrine Temple. The family will breceive friends at the Ohio Masonic Home, Springfield on Friday 9-10 a.m. Masonic and Christian services will be held at 10 a.m. Burial and graveside service will be at 12 noon in the Walnut Grove Cemetery, Worthington, Ohio.
